Elizabeth has been in real estate since 2002. She has co-owned her own wholesale mortgage company alongside her father, Robert, since 2006. Liz began working for Metrociti Mortgage at the age of 17. She quickly caught on to the mortgage frenzy and continued to climb corporate ladders until she hit the top and had to finally segue to her own company.

They specialize in various types of financing, from commercial to conventional residential mortgages, both conforming and high balance, FHA, VA, and Super Jumbo loans. They even have private investors for just about anything, including land and construction loans. And can do it all! They’ve established strong rapports with the account executives of these lending institutions, resulting in their files receiving priority and special care. This ensures they’re funded in an expedited time frame with minimal conditions to close the loan.
Asset Based Financing
The newest loan they’re overjoyed to introduce to their clients is a loan where one can leverage their asset based portfolio (CDs, municipal bonds, treasury notes, securities, equities, etc.) to do a refi or and put ZERO money down on purchases up to $10,000,000!! Even more depending on the borrower’s assets. The interest rate on the loan amount financed is LIBOR based and amazing low, around between 2.5 and 3 %.
