Pigment? Of all the shops in Austin you chose Pigment! WOW…no offense to the artist at pigment but Austin has some very prestigious tattoo artist. I guess you didn’t do your homework. Again, this is not a bash to the owner or artists of Pigment, it’s just an observation. Radio said you’ve been here for 24 hours, maybe you should take some time and look around town a bit. Huge fan, sorry to be so harsh.
